How do I customize the meals in the Burn app?

Your meal plan has automatically been filled in with the suggested recipes from the book. If you choose to create your own meal, rather than use the provided recipes, simply tap on the meal and select foods from each of the categories required for that meal. You can also go to Settings and select "Clear Suggested Meals" to delete all of the recipes from the book if you wish to plan entirely from scratch. (This feature is coming in late January, 2015)
