What’s the difference between “free foods” and “unlimited vegetables”?

 You can have the “free foods” on each Burn plan anytime – even between meals. For other vegetables on each Burn plan, you can have an unlimited amount at mealtimes only.

    I began the 28 day Fast Metabolism diet, precisely adhering to the protocol, and was absolutely delighted with the results. Each morning my scale read a lower number until day 7, phase 3, where I suddenly jumped up one pound. Today I'm beginning week two and it's Monday, day 1, phase 1 and my weight jumped up by another pound this morning. I remain on the protocol but I'm weary and distressed. Do you have any insights? Please help if you can.
