Where can I find my order number?

After your order is placed, an email is automatically sent to you that contains your order number. If you did not receive that email, please click on the link below for more information:


If you have an account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can go to the "My Account" link to view your order history.  If you click on the order number link for the order you wish to track, you will see that the tracking link for your shipment is there.

If you checked out as a "guest" and did not create or have an account on HayliePomroy.com, you will need to contact our customer support team so we can provide you with your order number. You can contact customer support by clicking here and submitting a request for your order tracking information.

    I placed an order on February 10, 2015 and did not receive an email from you all about this order. I have not received the order and tried several time to Contact you by email with no respond.     I placed an order for the cleanse on June 26th with 2nd Day UPS Shipping and have not yet received confirmation that the order has been shipped.
    Can someone please contact me either by email or phone regarding the order.
